The BUC Finance Team is here to help enrich the BUC experience and help our organization and community grow in a positive and productive way. There are three main roles that fall under the finance team umbrella.

  1. The first is to manage the BUC student council budget and financial transactions. This involves keeping our current student council on track when it comes to available funds, communicating with Bastyr Kenmore’s financial department, and creating the next academic year’s projected budget.
  2. Any club that would like to request funds will be dealing with this department as well. If you are interested in club funding please see the Club Funding Explanation page for more information.
  3. If a student travels or attends an event outside of BUC such as a conference, seminar, legislative event, etc. and they would like to be given the opportunity to share their experience with the BUC community and receive a financial grant, they can request a TRG, a Travel Reimbursement Grant.
